Stacked Health Group, Inc.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and Stacked Health Group, Inc. ("Stacked Health," "we," "our," or "us"). They govern your use of our website, mobile app, and related services (together, the "Services").

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services.
If you are under 18, you need parent or guardian permission.
You represent that you can legally enter into these Terms and are not barred from using the Services under applicable law.
Accounts & Security
Registration
Some features require an account created with an email, phone number, or supported single sign-on (SSO).
Accuracy
You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us at support@stacked-health.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions & Payments
Plans
We may offer free and paid subscriptions. Paid plans automatically renew unless cancelled.
Billing
Payments are processed by Apple, Google, Stripe, or other third parties. Their terms apply.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime through the platform where you purchased. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds
Except as required by law, payments are non-refundable.
EU/UK Consumers
You have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase unless you asked us to start providing the service immediately and agreed to lose that right.
In-App Purchases
The Services may offer one-time or consumable purchases. All sales are final unless local law provides otherwise.
Third-Party Integrations
You may connect third-party platforms (e.g., Apple Health, Google Fit). By doing so, you authorize us to access and process data from that service as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party accuracy or availability.
Health Disclaimer
Our Services are for informational and self-tracking purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions. Call emergency services if you have a medical emergency.
User Content
You may upload or share content ("User Content"). You retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to operate, improve, and promote the Services.
You must have the necessary rights to your content and ensure it does not infringe others' rights or break the law.
We may remove content that violates these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The Services (including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) belong to Stacked Health or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as allowed under these Terms.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- • Break any laws or these Terms;
- • Upload harmful, misleading, or infringing content;
- • Interfere with or disrupt the Services;
- • Try to gain unauthorized access to systems or reverse-engineer our Services;
- • Upload malware or malicious code;
- • Use the Services to harm or exploit minors.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or if required by law.
If your account is closed, you can request export of your data within 30 days; afterward, we may delete it.
Disclaimers
As Is
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
No Warranties
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Services will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Stacked Health will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability in any 12-month period will not exceed the amount you paid us during that time.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stacked Health, its officers, employees, and partners from claims or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
Governing Law & Disputes
U.S. Users
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under JAMS rules. You waive jury trials and class actions.
EEA/UK/Swiss Users
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. You may bring disputes in your local courts and rely on mandatory consumer-protection laws.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated (e.g., by email, in-app message, or website notice) at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (U.S.) or under 16 (EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
